Does Barndad beat all those fibers listed on the chart? Yes by far!
Does it beat Muscleology’s Myofiber? Not by a long shot!

It’s grains are finer than Myofiber
Myofiber has: omegas 3-6-9, CLA and nutrients such as flaxseed, psyllium husk and lecithin
Barndad has: the same minus the CLA.
But!!
The big negative:
Barndad clumped in room temperature water mixed with etb in a shaker and I ate clumps of fiber powder!
Both the regular and Chocolate clumped!
The chocolate had a great taste and when mixed with chocolate peanut butter ETB it made a thick ultra rich chocolate taste! It tasted great!
So lets get to the rating:

Smell: n/a
Effectiveness: I can’t rate effectiveness, because they only sent me 2 packets of each fiber. Plain and Chocolate.
With 2 packets and not a full jar there’s no way to rate effectiveness
Who is the winner of Myofiber vs Barndad Fiber DX Plain
Myofiber wins hands down on the plain flavor! Neither has taste, but Myofiber although a bit more expensive mixes seamlessly.
Myofiber vs Chocolate Barndad Fiber DX that’s a harder pick!
Barndad chocolate has 7g of protein just like the plain, but it also has the great chocolate taste! The chocolate also has 14g of fiber!
The protein is soy protein isolate. Those of is that take Whey, it’s a different avenue of protein, so it may help!
Added protein plus great taste and cheaper price… Winner Barndad Fiber DX German Chocolate Shake!

I love this fiber!
Mixability 7/10 (best for fiber) very little residue in the glass
Grind: fine
Doesn’t clump and get all glumpy in your cup yuk!
Taste: 9/10 almost undetectable
At 6.5g of fiber per scoop it’s not bad!
It also contains:
Flax seed
Lecithin
CLA
And omegas 3,6,9!
This stuff rocks!
