The balls are super lightweight dense foam. They don’t require pumping up.
Because they are super lightweight and foam, I am not sure about durability. If you have a dog, keep it away or it will be in pieces!
I can’t wait to try them as they are much larger then a lacrosse ball and much different then a roller!

I tried the Orbs today! The larger ball was awkward and I didn’t like it! The smaller ball however; felt awesome! I love it! It felt crazy good under my hamstring! I didn’t have much time, so stay tuned for more!

I took the Grid, the Everlast (Grid knockoff) and the M80 Roller and compared them:
The foam on the grid is twice as firm as the foam on the Everlast and the grid has 2 distinct patterns the wide and the narrow section.
This is my recipe for success:
The Grid is a perfect beginner roller, the extra padding will help when starting rolling as the extra padding will help when your muscles are sensitive.
The M80 Roller is not a beginner Roller! I suggest starting with the Grid, the when the muscles are desensitized move to the (Advanced) M80 Roller then once a week use the Deep penetration of the (Super Advanced) Rumble Roller and Beasties! It’s my finding that the Rumble Roller is too aggressive for daily use. My legs still hurt from my initial roll!
Start with the grid, let your back align and use the extra padding under your hips and let your hip flexors stretch and open up. Then move to the (Advanced) M80 Roller for daily maintenance (Once you can handle it).
Then; once a week go for extreme deep tissue with the (Super Advanced) Rumble Roller and Beasties.
That’s everything except Post Workout! Post Workout hit your legs and lats with the Cold Roller! For Cold Compression and Deep Tissue Massage.
Now; do not discard your grid once you move up to the M80 roller! There will be days when you are extra sore and need that extra padding!
Now; there’s always times when you need extra tools such as the Footballer, the Beasties and Beastie Bar! The TP Baller Block can be used with the Footballer, Beasties and Beastie Bar.
When it comes to your body, do not be loyal to one company! Use all the different companies and make your own kit for success! All their tools can be used interchangeably! They all compliment each other! That’s the beauty of these companies! They don’t compete with each other; they enhance each other!

This is my favorite in home roller. I like the spikes! My niece (8yrs old) used the Rumble Roller today and had a ball doing it. She was pretty good at it, but she said AHHH it hurts lol while giggling. Then she switched to the grid and used that one in her back, lats and legs and I used the Rumble Roller, then she tried a beastie and said ahh that’s got spikes! 😦 lol but she tried it lol
The Grid was much easier for her to use, and surprisingly her form was pretty good! She made me proud!
