Disappointment of the Year

This year I have reviewed many incredible products! Some incredible products that didn’t win, but still need to be mentioned: The Shred Belt, Youfresh Naturals, The Powerball, The footballer, the beastie ball, SFH So3d3, Deer Antler Velvet and many many others! Check out all the reviews here on this site!

And now on to the awards!

Bonus Supplement of the Year: What is the bonus of the year? Well; it’s the supplement that makes a world of difference that doesn’t quite fit in any of the categories! And the award goes to: Wheatgrass

There’s too many great things to say about wheatgrass! You have to check out my post here on this site!

Best Tasting Supplement of the Year: many can enter but only one can win! I truly enjoyed all the nut butters and coconut butter this year but one was slightly above all! And the award goes to: PB Crave

This stuff tastes amazing! Every flavor is rich and delectable! Try them all! Hey PB Crave how about a cinnamon raisin?

Stack of the year: This years Stack of the Year challenge was a Fat Burner coupled with a Test Booster to try and stop muscle loss when going on an extreme low carb diet. The results were amazing! And the award goes to: Shredz Fat Burner and Testosterone formally: Shredz and Diezel

BCAA of the Year: And the award goes to: BPI Sports Best BCAAs

Protein of the Year: And the award goes to: Bio-gro although its not quite protein, its Colestrum it’s made from milk and therefore qualifies! Bio-gro has added value to my protein shakes! Try it!

Best Alternative Protein of the Year: and the award goes to: Rice Protein by Growing Naturals I believe that adding multiple sources of protein equals greater uptake in the body. This one even beat last years loser: the fitbody wrap – the fitbody wrap didn’t hurt me!

The loser is: SARMS!

Do not take SARMS! Stay away! What is supposed to have no side effects poisoned me and 6 other people I know! All of us had the same side effects: high blood pressure and high cholesterol plus weight gain! I would like to sue the manufacturer so if there’s a health care attorney that’s reading this, I have a case for you!

Remember for all your Supplement needs call: Nutrition Zone Rockaway NJ and ask for Pete or Pauly and tell em Louisjbianco.wordpress.com sent you! They can even ship you whatever you want! +1 (973) 664-9444 There’s a review for Nutrition Zone here also 😉

Supplement Review: SARMs is it a miracle supplement for muscle growth and fat loss?

SARMs-S1 BUILD MUSCLE-BURN FAT
S1 (MK 2866 or Ostarine) is another SARM that displays plenty of promise at promoting lean body mass. It is extremely potent, has a long half life, and displays no androgenic effects. This means it won’t cause any secondary “masculine” side-effects. S-1 is purely anabolic like Anavar, something I know women would love to hear especially if they are looking to build muscle without virilization (masculine side effects). It binds strongly to the androgen receptor, but without the side effects normally associated with high levels of testosterone or other compounds. It shows considerable properties as a muscle hardening agent just slightly less than those of S4. It’s ability to cause fat loss means it can be used on a cutting cycle and can be stacked effectively with fat burners.

S1 has displayed a real ability to help heal those with debilitating injuries and to speed up injury recovery. The beneficial effects on recovery make medical use highly appealing. An added benefit is you get the great recovery without all the negative changes to cholesterol, blood pressure, prostate, heart or any other organs the way anabolic steroids do. (per Elitefitness Forum)

Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators (S.A.R.M) are becoming the supplement of choice for todays athletes…BUT REMAIN TOTALLY LEGAL.

(This info given to use from the guys at EliteFitness.com) Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators (S.A.R.M), attach to the very same receptors that good old steroids like Dianabol and testosterone would attach to, but SARMs don’t have the disadvantages and side-effects of the old school anabolic hormones. As a matter of fact, while SARMs are anabolic and improve performance, they may not even qualify as hormones. They are a completely new compound that specifically target muscle building, strength and performance without causing any of the unwanted side effects of anabolic steroids… This is a new dawn in the evolution of muscle pharmacology, and I’m sure you will enjoy learning about how SARMS can increase muscle mass, while helping you to lose bodyfat and increase athletic performance beyond what we ever thought possible.

SARMs – Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators

Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators (S.A.R.Ms) provide the positives of testosterone including and not limited to increased muscle mass, fat loss, and bone density. But they do not have the negative side effects of androgens which include prostate issues, hair loss, acne, and liver problems.

Your androgen receptors (AR) are the receptors that androgens such as testosterone and DHT (Dihydrotestosterone) bind to, and send a “signal” to activate once bound. The bounded androgen receptors combine with another androgen receptor to travel to the nucleus of an androgen cell where gene transcription of DNA to RNA takes place. This gene transcription is the process in which androgenic hormones exert their anabolic effects on muscle tissue. In contrast to androgenic steroids, SARMs have the ability to take the place of the androgen, and as a result, they bring forth many of the same positive effects on muscle tissue as anabolic steroids like testosterone and DHT. Being non-steroidal SARMs do not turn into unwanted estrogen or into side-inducing dihydrotestosterone (DHT).

Studies have shown the ability of SARMs to increase muscle and bone mass dramatically in animals while having no adverse impact on the prostate. Phase I trials of SARMs in humans have also reported significant increases in lean muscle mass.

Is it for real? Stay tuned!!

**Update** December 16th, 2014
The super supplement with no side effects has been found to have a deadly side effect and I have fell victim to it! For the past 2 months I have felt like shit and my cholesterol has jumped to 252! My blood pressure is also like 155/84 Do not use SARMs! If you do stop immediately! I would like to see a class action suit against them! My Testosterone has also dropped to the high 200’s and my muscle has dropped and my fat has raised! I have no desire to workout! This sucks! I have to see a specialist to correct this immediately! I normally have low cholesterol and blood pressure of 115/74 this sucks!

Fuck you very much SARMs!
