I was surprised that they actually did it right!! When you go to a restaurant there are 2 key things that will draw people!
1. The overall restaurant – food quality, atmosphere, etc.. basically what they teach you on Restaurant Impossible.
2. unique menu items!!! anyone can have burgers, ribs and steaks!

I only ordered the Rib Rolls – a Chinese eggroll wrapper stuffed with BBQ pulled pork!! I’ve never had that anywhere… I didn’t see the portobello fries! I will definitely go back for those! The appetizer prices are a little high, but the main meals are cheap! Back to the Rib Rolls, they were very good! and surprisingly good with the ranch. I was originally wanting extra BBQ sauce, but decided to try the ranch and it was good. It makes me want to try the actual ribs!

GO HERE! YOU WILL LOVE IT! Not only do you get great food, but you also get to see OCC and all the bikes and the shop. Now its a destination trip if you are in the area! Who said bikers are dumb! Sr. this was a genius idea!! Seriously!

TV Show Review: Chopper Live – The Revenge! Aka Biker Build-off Sr. vs Jr. vs Jesse James

The Teutul family is saying goodbye to reality TV. “American Chopper” has been canceled by Discovery after it decade-long run.

“After 10 years and 233 episodes of incredible, riveting reality television, American Chopper will be ending its run,” Eileen O’Neill, group president, Discovery and TLC Networks told EW. “This series was one of the very first family-based reality programs on television. Special thanks to Pilgrim Studios for over a decade of great producing. The Teutuls have given us really innovative bike builds and real drama since 2002. We wish both Orange County Choppers and Paul Junior Designs the best.”

The show was primarily based in the Teutul family’s custom motorcycle-building shop — Orange County Choppers — in Newburgh, New York, and thrived on the tension between Paul Sr. and Paul Jr. In “American Chopper’s” later years, the inter-generational rivalry turned into a feud that nearly ripped the family apart.

Paul Sr. fired Paul Jr. from the shop in 2008, an incident that resulted in a legal battle and got the show temporarily canceled. It was brought back by Discovery’s sister network TLC in 2010 as “American Chopper: Senior Vs. Junior,” with OCC squaring off against Paul Jr.’s new business Paul Jr. Designs.

Eventually, Paul Sr. and Jr. reconciled, and the show reverted back to its original title. Much of the show’s final season, which is currently in progress on TLC, has focused on the process of repairing their relationship.

The feud took a toll on Paul Jr.’s younger brother Mikey Teutul, who debated stepping away from the show for the sake of his family. “My relationship with my father won’t get any better unless it’s sort of off-the radar, off the television show, and not really highlighted,” he said.

“American Chopper” will conclude with a live bike-building special in which the Tuetuls will compete against “Outlaw Garage” star Jesse James and others. The contest will air December 10 and December 11 at 9 p.m. ET on Discovery.

Stay tuned for a play-by-play of the event right here!

The 2hr pre-event starts tonight! followed by the 1.5hr event tomorrow night and following the event is Amish Mafia lol
I can’t wait for Chopper live!!

My Prediction: Jr, Sr, Jesse James and then Gas Monkey…

The Reasoning behind my decision:
Jr is hungry and if you look at his shop every bike is different!
Sr’s bikes are basically all similar lately the only thing different is the way they dress (decorate) the bikes.
Jesse James has been concentrating on cars lately with his Austin Speed Shop and
Gas Monkey is mainly cars and they suck at that… They remind me of the History Channel’s Counting Cars guys, but Counting Cars is better!

Jr will win again!

image

Last Year Sr, Should have won that tank like bike is awesome! But it kind of went outside the rules of a bike…

20121210-211404.jpg

20121210-211425.jpg
That thing is awesome! I saw it at OCC’s showroom in Newburgh.

Another reason OCC will lose is because I am not sure how much input Sr actually has! I think his designer guy is designing it and not Sr himself.

Jr is putting a ’39 car grille on the bike! Nice!

Sr made a mockup of the frame out of wood!

Gas monkey is restoring a pink Harley and making it into a chopper… Good luck on that one!

I think Jesse James is making a crotch rocket chopper!! If he succeeds… Wow!!

Is senior making a crotch rocket too? I saw this at the shop a couple days ago…

20121210-213610.jpg

20121210-213827.jpg

20121210-220017.jpg
That’s Sr’s frame above

I like PJD’s 30’s auto inspired hot rod bike.

Just as I assumed Gas Monkey isn’t even in the running…

Jesse James does deserve extra points for building his own bike, almost by himself, so I don’t blame him for needing 2 extra weeks.

Now Sr can anodize his bike and have no excuses when he loses…

I am interested to see who will have the better crotch rocket Sr or Jesse… who will win that battle???

image

Jr nice bike!

Sr’s LED crotch rocket is cool but something is missing… maybe its just too small…

Here they are:

I’m voting for Jr again!
and what I predicted!
Jr, Sr, Jesse and Monkey…
image

Good Luck Jr!!

I figured out what I don’t like about Sr’s bike, the big double square front forks don’t go with the sleek look of the bike…

Game Time!!

How out getting a real celebrity host…

Who the f?!k is that??

and Washed up Lynard Skynard they suck!

20121211-211612.jpg
Last night Jesse James said he would give Jr an internship tonight he said it still stands and he will teach him things, Jr responded with PJD will give him an internship and teach him how to make a deadline and Jesse was speechless.

20121211-212228.jpg
Jesse’s bike is nice! But PJD has a cool theme and its well executed.
The monkey garage guys said the oil pump is under the thin seat and it will get really hot and burn your butt.

So far, we have Jesse’s burned butt seat and PJD’s header burnt leg!

Does Sr have a thoroughly working design?

Could that be a deciding factor?

20121211-213405.jpg
They didn’t rebuild the bike they restored it in a hot rod style, meaning its half stock, half custom. In the collector world that’s frowned upon.

Sr said they should have left it at home! And they are way out of their league!

Now,
It’s called Chopper live, so PJD should win by default, because its the only chopper!!!

Sr has a sport bike, Jesse has a sport bike (as much as he wants to call it a hybrid it’s not! If it had a springer front end with a long span then he can call it a hybrid) and Gas Monkey Garage didn’t build their bike, so Jr wins by default!

Skynard sucked like usual! I’m still pissed they beat Metallica at the
Grammy’s! Grammy’s you suck!!

10 years of American Chopper! 1 episode left next week!

Sr standing watch over the shop!

Now let’s see who will win!

The Skynard guitar player looks like the bad guy from Indiana Jones when he chose the wrong holy grail!

And the winner is:

2nd place: Gas monkey!
1st Place: PJD aka Jr!
I guess I was right The sport bikes were disregarded and PJD had the best bike!

20121211-222941.jpg

Congratulations Jr!

**Update** 3/29/2023

I want American Chopper back 😭
