Workout: Crossfit Cardio Circuit

I will be doing a new cardio session this week:
5 min on the bike
20 kettlebell swings
20 slamball slams
30 battle rope wiggles:
10 alternating arms
10 double arm wide v swings
10 double arm rope slams
Then Repeat

I might add in 20 wall balls throws
Then Repeat
