25 food trucks:

El Lechon de Negron – PUERTO RICAN cuisine. Roasted pork, chicken, and steak, rice and beans, EMPANADAS, fried plantains, pork disco fries, beef and pork burgers, pork flat breads.

The Outslider Food Truck serves gourmet sliders including crab cakes, pulled pork and specialty sliders – all made fresh daily!

Oink & Moo BBQ – Our meats are smoked low & slow over distinctive hickory, cherry & apple woods right on the truck in a Cookshack commercial-grade smoker. We serve each meat in a unique style that complements its flavors and makes our food truck not only stand out among food trucks but also as a premier BBQ joint.

I got the beef brisket sliders with ghost pepper sauce! It was really good!

The Cow and The Curd is a Best of Philly and Vendy Award winning food truck who brings a taste of the Midwest with our Wisconsin battered fried cheese curds.

The Cheese Curds although at $9 a pop; they were still the best at the show! Amazing I got 3 orders! For all you east coasters (like myself) a cheese curd is like a mozzarella stick but it’s made of cheddar instead of mozzarella! It’s great!

Cupcake Carnival – Mobile Sweet Truck offering Artisan, Gourmet Cupcakes and other baked goods made from scratch.

Waffle De Lys – Authentic Belgian waffle with a French touch.
My girlfriend and niece each got a waffle – one with ice cream and nutella!

Empanada Guy – Our empanadas, true Spanish delicacies, are offered with beef, chicken, cheese, Mexican chorizo and crab and lobster, We also specialize in mouth-watering Cuban sandwiches.

Empanada guy was good my girlfriend got a chicken, my niece got cheese and my sister got lobster and all were good I had a bite!

Prime Stache – This 2014 Winner of Open Table’s Diner’s Choice Award offers incredible American comfort food with a great infusion of spices that will tickle your palate. Try the Ron Burgundy, the Stache Burger or our special version of the Chili Cheese Dog.

The Thai Elephant – Authentic and fresh Thai food prepared to order and served just like you get in Thailand, right on the streets!

Thai Elephant was slooooow! It took forever to get our food, but it was good we got the pad Thai combo with 2 spring rolls. Nothing special; as thai food is abundant in NJ; but what we got was good. Would not get again though.

French Quarter – Bringing the incredible taste of New Orleans to New Jersey. Fabulous Cajun and Creole Cuisine. I already reviewed the French Quarter previously, so I steered clear of that train wreck!!

Fired Up Flatbread Company offers wood-fired, artisan pizzas. We feature local produce, meats, and cheeses which are combined in uniquely unexpected, as well as traditional, ways.

The Taco Truck – Specializing in adventurous and extraordinary authentic Mexican taqueria cuisine
The Taco truck was shady as fuck! They wouldn’t except cash at all! Only credit or debit cards! At an event like that that is super shady!

Romano’s Disco Fries – Featuring Disco Fries, Hot Dogs, Fried Ravioli, Corn Nuggets and Beer Battered Onion Rings – these you can get at any diner in NJ so we passed!

Gorilla Cheese NYC – Pushing the culinary envelope of comfort foods to a whole new level! It’s all about the most incredible and scrumptious cheesy creations on earth. It’s so good to be cheesy!

Dark Side of the Moo – Pushing the palate with exotic meats! Why have Italian sausage when you can have smoked alligator with bacon infused sauce piquante? Why not we asked! And there’s so much more plus vegan friendly and traditional culinary extravagances to satisfy everyone.

One of my favorite places! Exotic meats! We got 6 sliders: Elk, Ostrich, Wild Boar and Kangaroo! Yes! Kangaroo and it was awesome!! A definite must go again just like the Cheese Curds!

The Original Soupman – The phenomenon started back in 1984. Way before the classic punchline, “No Soup for You!” on Seinfeld, there were long soup lines outside of Al’s legendary NYC store. These infamous soups are now on wheels and sold alongside our delicious New Endland-styled Lobster Roll!

Fork In The Road – Serving gourmet fresh sandwiches on the go!

Robeks Fresh Juices and Smoothies – a food truck devoted exclusively to smoothies and fresh-squeezed juices. Robeks is an innovator in the smoothie and juice industry. Menu items feature premium ingredients — naturally ripened fruits and vegetables that retain nutrients and live enzymes and natural flavor. They are always made fresh-to-order while the customer watches.

La Parrilla – Featuring Colombian Arepas, Shish Kabob, Stuffed Corn Cakes, Chicken, Beef,
Colombian Sausage & Roast Pork!
They all bought Apple soda and Mike (girlfriends brother-in-law) got a beef arepa and he said it was great! The apple soda was delicious and I hate soda!

AmandaBananas – The incredibly delicious healthy alternative to ice cream smothered in the yummiest toppings of your choice. From blueberries to Nutella, this is a whole NEW banana! My sister and Sister in law to be: Angela got vegan gluten free and dairy free ice cream and they said it was good.

AAH! LA CART – an American-International grille serving favorites from Philly to Mexico. Our tasty menu served from a chalkboard truck makes the ahh! la cart truck an interactive experience. Come “chalk” it up while enjoying our …truckin’ good food.”

Surf and Turf – Lobster Rolls are our specialty and we offer 3 types, our most popular being the Warm (buttered lobster topped with diced mango and jalapeno). Our Chilled Lobster Rolls are mixed with a touch of mayo and spices). The BLT comes with fresh Bacon bits, lobster and sundried tomato, drizzled with truffle oil. Plus we have Steak Sandwiches and Tofu Rolls. Did we say Parmesan Truffle Fries yet? Yup have those too, as well as our regular fries!

Bacon On Wheels – If you love bacon, then these bacon-centric indulgences are perfect for you. Sides and salads complete the mouth-watering.

This is probably the only thing I got that I wouldn’t buy again, beside the Cheese cake on a stick, that wasn’t great also!

Maddalena’s Cheesecake – Maddalena’s Frozen Chocolate Covered Cheesecake on a Stick – “The Best Piece You Will Ever Have.”

IMG_0600.PNGGot the cheese cake on a stick, was nothing to write home about!

Prime Kutz – featuring the New Jersey Prime Rib Three Cheese Sandwich, Corn Beef Pastrami Club, Pork Panini, Guinness Ale Bratwurst, Soft Shell Crab Sandwich, BBQ Hog Wings, Au Gratin fries, and so much more!”

Mac Truck NYC – Everything about Mac N Cheese you ever wanted! Classic to Artisanal – it’s America’s favorite and it’s America’s Best!

I do not like Mac and Cheese, but they all enjoyed it! Especially my girlfriend!
