Avocado Chocolate Protein Pudding
Serves 3 People, takes 00:04 to prep and 00:03 to cook.
This pudding has more than 10g protein per serving and you can’t taste any avocado! It’s filled with HEALTHY fats, and is delicious and easy to make!
1 avocado, NS as to Florida or California Avocados
2 tbsp Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened)
1 serving (serving = 1 scoop) Jay Robb Chocolate Whey Protein
1.5 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Walden Farms Calorie Free Pancake Syrup
1/4 serving (serving = 1 cup) Silk Pure Almond Milk – Unsweetened Original
10 serving (serving = 1 packet) SweetLeaf 100% Natural Stevia Sweetener
1 ripe avocado, 2 tbsp unsweetened cacao/cocoa powder, 2-3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk, 1 acoop chocolate whey protein, 1/2-3/4 cup of sweetener (I used 1/3 cup of stevia sweetener and around 1/3 cup sugarfree/calorie free maple syrup but honey would be good too).
I don’t remember exactly how much sweetener I used because I was just winging it but just adjust until you can’t taste the avocado anymore.
Mash up the avocado with a fork until completely smooth and creamy.
Then add in the other ingredients, along with almond milk to smooth out the consistency.
I wouldn’t recommend using a food processor if you’re only making a small amount because a lot of it will be stuck in the processor and some will go to waste.
Then once everything’s combined and tastes good put it in the fridge for a few hours if you want it to thicken a bit and be chilled.

The vegan version is awesome! I want to substitute a few ingredients:
I had her add protein she used vegan protein
I want to change to:
One scoop whey protein
one scoop any alternative protein: casein, egg, hemp, rice, goat, vegan etc
Maple syrup to xylitol
Almond milk to So Delicious -unsweetened vanilla coconut milk
Lets see how that tastes!
I don’t like the walden farms above because it’s loaded with chemicals! I rather have the xylitol
