Nature’s Hydration
What makes our coconut water Nature’s Hydration? It’s simple. Harvest Bay is 100% not from concentrate, all-natural coconut water from young green coconuts. That’s it. Nothing extra, like added sugar or fat.
Our coconut water is a natural isotonic beverage. Simply put, that means it helps replace fluids and salts that are lost during exercise. And, each serving has more potassium — the natural muscle builder — than a banana.
Combine the natural isotonic qualities, no added sugars and only 35 calories per serving, and you have a perfect (and perfectly natural) beverage to get you through your workout … or your workday!

Let me tell you this: This is the first Coconut Water I have ever purchased that tastes like you actually drank it straight from the coconut! I have not enjoyed the many others I have tried over the years!

This stuff is by far the best!

I like drinking a half a glass a day post workout. It claims superior hydration, not sure if that is true, but it can’t hurt 😉

If you like coconut water, or you are looking for that extra edge or if you want an all natural product that will aid you in your weight-loss journey, try this product! You will not be disappointed!

I have been having a bunch of coconut water lately including Vitacoca and this stuff is light years better! Tastes like its fresh out if the coconut! I can’t stress that enough!

**Update** June 30th 2014
I just had Zico another one of the large manufacturers and it was pretty good, I would say it was 2nd place behind Harvest Bay. Zico tasted much more natural than Vitacoca! Harvest Bay still rules! I actually found it at a new Stop & Shop which has a larger Natural Foods section then the others. However; it was much more expensive than Green Life Market! It was I believe $5.35 to Green Life’s $4.00
