Recipe: Make your favorite Fat-Free, Low Carb Party Dip!

This is a super easy yummy dip recipe! Get a package of your favorite seasoning and a jar of fat free sour cream. Below I used Gen Tso’s c


Now remember that packet is for the entire container! That’s 6g of carbs per container!

Then empty packet into container and mix. If you are making something spicy such as Gen Tso Chicken or Kung Po Chicken or Taco/Chili cheese dip add 2 pinches of cayenne pepper

Then thoroughly mix and enjoy! Great topping for grilled chicken, veggie dip or just plain chips and dip.

Hell you can even top a burger with it!
