Remember my post: Healthy Healing Mason Jar Oatmeal in which we added Indian Spices like Cardamom and Tumeric. You can also add these Superfoods to your Oatmeal! To make the Ultimate Healthy Healing Mason Jar Oatmeal!

The cool part is the packaging! There’s a little window at the bottom of the back where you can see the actual powders, below is Camu Camu powder, followed by Acai Powder:

Celebrating my bday I decided to take the Camu Camu powder and listen to the back of it:

Notice the upper right: it says suggested uses water and juice. I decided to test just how it tastes by mixing one tsp with a 20oz glass of water. Well…. It was nasty yuk!! Tasted like cold powdery tea. Thank God for Blue Raspberry Mio Fit! If it wasn’t for that quick squeezy bottle I would have poured it out!

I suggest using it as a protein shake additive or cooking spice.

    Louis, good call on the chia. I been using chia seeds for a long time for omega-3 as an alternative to fish tasting pills. The chia seeds also work great as a snack to help curb appetite in the evening. Mix 2 tbsp with 8-12 oz of water and let it sit for 10 min while stirring. The seeds expand.
