I always wondered what plain, unflavored protein tasted like! Now I know! Yuk!

Tests to be conducted since it is unflavored:

Plain shake with water
In my cheesecake recipe
In oatmeal

It has no taste when drinking, but when you are done it hits you with a really bad almost stale milk aftertaste! It’s not too bad in the cheesecake, but it’s not good either! I am going to try it tomorrow night with some Organic Cinnamon lets see if it makes a world of difference!

Cinnamon in the protein with water was an epic fail it was still gross!

Now I see why companies at the very least have chocolate and vanilla!

I will add organic choco powder into a shake next and into my oatmeal and cheesecake! Lets see if that works!

Let’s try Organic Cheesecake take 2 & 3:

On top is the cinnamon and it didn’t work yuk so I added a little nutmeg too and it was great! As nutmeg is strong!

The cocoa powder also worked amazing! So there you go two ways to enjoy your natural protein! Without the aid of a blender!

The oatmeal test was a bust! I tried it with cocoa powder and cinnamon and it needed xylitol bad! I didn’t add it I choked it down, but it wasn’t pleasant!

For those of you that like unflavored all natural organic I am doing a bunch of reviews!

For those that like flavored all natural organic protein I am also doing a bunch of reviews for you.

And for those of you that like vegan protein I have a couple of the leading companies coming in a couple weeks after the natural whey companies!

What is unflavored protein good for? The answer is simple! But of course I am going to make it difficult lol!

Do you remember the King of Fitness? Jack Lalanne?

Jack was amazing and I miss him! Anyway Jack also started the juice movement! He said he was juicing himself over 7 decades with a press type machine. He released the Juice tiger and eventually the Power Juicer which is still being sold today after his death!

If you are a juicer, unflavored organic whey protein is for you!

Mix a scoop or 2 in your smoothies and get the power of clean protein along with your vegetables such as spinach and carrots, hidden behind your delicious fruits.

As for bodybuilders:
I just made a shake with 1 scoop of Sweet Purity Organics and half a teaspoon of natural cocoa powder and 1 teaspoon of xylitol and it wasn’t bad!

This contains soy lecithin for easy mixing. The Next protein review: protein 17 doesn’t even contain that!

You can’t say I don’t bring you enough review options:
All natural organic flavored protein: Body Logix
All natural organic unflavored that contains lecithin for easy mixing: Sweet Purity Organics
All natural organic unflavored stripped down to the clumpy max: Protein 17

**Update** March 20th 2014
I tried it again today, I gave up drinking it! However; I used 1 scoop in my cheesecake recipe with 1tsp cocoa powder and 3tsp xylitol and it was really good today! I will use this for cooking such as: protein pudding, oatmeal and pancakes and like I said this is perfect for juicers and smoothie drinkers!
