Recipe: Homemade ETB Peanut Butter Milk Shake

Eat the Bear Protein
Ingredients:
1 large frozen banana
3 Tablespoons unsweetened organic cocoa powder
6 oz fage 0% Greek Yogurt (I like Vanilla, but plain works!)
1 cup skim milk (you can use almond milk if you must!)
2 Tablespoons PB2
2 scoops ETB Chocolate Peanut Butter protein

Optional: drizzle of Walden Farms Chocolate syrup or chocolate dip!

Directions: put all in blender, you want liquids closest to the blade. Blend on high till thick and smooth! If using walden farms at end drizzle in on slow for a second or 2! To make a chocolate ribbon throughout.
