Diet Pill Scam! Smart Lean makes newspaper ads look like real articles!

Dietary Supplement. 368% more weight loss than dieting alone. Clinically tested. Reduces belly fat. Increases metabolism. Stimulant free. 2 human clinical trials with a total of 151 participants. Clinically shown to get great results. (Human clinical trials conducted included 151 overweight female participants who averaged 38 years of age. [Studies were 16 weeks in duration.] Participants followed an 1,800 calorie diet.) Lose more weight than with dieting alone. Why choose SmartLean? The active ingredient in SmartLean has been a part of Japanese diets for centuries. Scientists believe this may be one of the reasons why there are very few obese adults in Japan. In a 16-week clinical study subjects taking SmartLean lost on average 14.5 lbs compared to an average of 3 lbs for the placebo group. Both groups were on an 1,800 calorie per day diet. Quality, safety and purity guaranteed. (These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.)

This is an ad run by Smart Lean not a real article! Similar Ads were placed in different newspapers! Do not mistake them for a real article!

I am not going to comment on whether it works or doesn’t, because I haven’t tried them, however if a company stoops this low to make a fake article in order to create a buzz about their product, then chances are its a scam! And doesn’t work!

C’mon if it really worked, newspapers would kill to make real front page articles about the product! It would be all over the news! The company would be Trillionaires overnight! Forget million or billion!

The federal government should step in, in cases like this, where the ad is a blatant scam! The ads should be pulled immediately and the company should make a public apology and maybe even reimburse scammed customers!

This is bullshit!

I took Smartlean as directed for a month. I also watched my food consumption, but gained 5 pounds instead.

I am taking SmartLean and I have lost 10 lbs. A lot of the weight loss has to do with the reduction in calorie intake. Reduction in calorie intake can make a difference so I am not sure if the pill is adding to the reduction in weight loss or not.

    • How long is the weightloss? It’s not uncommon to lose 10 lbs in the first 1-2 weeks (water weight). If you loose 10 or more in the 3rd week then it’s working!

    • I told you it was a scam, too bad you didn’t read my blog before purchasing the pills. Any company that makes an ad that looks like an article can’t be trusted! If it seriously worked don’t you think it would be on the front page of every newspaper and on the evening news? They wouldn’t have to make a fake ad!

Diet is all about making the proper food choices and exercise, but most importantly it’s about making the proper food choices in times of stress and times of weakness.

I felt like u lose weight more on the pill when u work out cuz u sweat alot more & i think its also all in the head cuz it made me more cautious of what i was eating and i was more active

    • A good diet pill should give you at least a 10-15lb loss in a week! Mostly it’s water weight. I being a man and weighing more, can lose between 15-30 in the first 2 weeks on a diet pill. So, if the pill was working your numbers would be higher. Diet pills work mostly on thermogenesis (they heat your body up by a fraction of a degree to a degree or 2) they also contain caffeine which speeds your heart rate, causing you do do less activity to raise your heart rate into the fat burning zone. All of that is in theory… So, before your body gets used to it, you will drop water weight and a few pounds. What you lost, was due to restricted calories, better food choices and exercise! Not the pill!

Remember more is not better! So follow the directions on the diet pills! If you are not healthy, make sure to follow the directions and consult a doctor first!
