Supplement Review: CytoSport Monster Amino (BCAAs)

MONSTER AMINO™
ULTRA CONCENTRATED ANABOLIC AMINO ACID FORMULA

20111024-145347.jpg
Monster Amino™ is an ultra-concentrated BCAA formula that delivers an 8:1:1 Ratio of Leucine to Isoleucine to Valine. Recent university of research shows that Leucine enriched beverage consumed with exercise synergistically activates and prolongs activity of the mTOR signaling pathway, which increases muscle anabolic potential (muscle growth)¹²³. The mTOR pathway is the “trigger” that signals the very genesis of muscle protein synthesis.*

Monster Amino is able to achieve the anbolic 8:1:1 BCAA ratio by combining PepForm™ Leucine Peptides and free-form L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, and L-Valine for maximum muscle-building performance.*

CytoSport did it!!

They solved the problem Modern BCAAS had with the nasty foaming film problem. No coating on protein shaker and easy mixing!

If u let it sit there will be a slight foam on top, but shake and it easily mixes again and doesn’t coat bottle.

**Note** see my review on Modern BCAAS lower on this page

The sickening sweet blue raspberry taste is a little less here making it tolerable.

And Monster Amino has the same 8:1:1 ratio as only Modern BCAAS had.

It also contains additives such as a complete amino acid profile, vitamin b6 for better absorption and citrulline malate for NO Synthesis.

At 10 calories, 1g carbs, 3g of protein this product is a dream come true!

Researchers have known about leucine for decades, but exciting new research has shed a new and broader light on this important health-promoting amino acid.
